When will my order be shipped?

Orders will ship within 2-4 business days, unless otherwise noted. Major nationally recognized holidays may result in delays.

How much is shipping?

For shipping within the Continental US:

• Standard Shipping (2-5 business days): $7.00
• Expedited Shipping (1-3 business days): $24.00

Do you have international shipping?

Yes! I now offer international shipping to select (most) countries.

 Orders are shipped from [Your Country], and shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.

Please note that your order may be subject to import duties or taxes (especially if you’re in the EU, UK, Australia, etc.). These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost, and are the buyer’s responsibility. I don’t have control over them — they’re determined by your country’s customs office.

What is your return policy?

At this time, returns will not be accepted. This is temporary and mostly due to logistics/limited time (It's just me over here!). However, if something isn't right with your order, rest assured that I will make it right. In the unlikely case of that happening, please email me hello@plainbrowndog.com. I will ensure your issue is resolved.
